Class Cancellation
Living in the Merrimack Valley is never dull when it comes to weather predictions. At Dance Images Dance & Music Center, although we don't always coincide with school cancellations, we usually make our decision on whether or not to cancel dance classes or music classes on a case by case basis. School is usually cancelled when the snow arrives sometime during the night and the buses and local roads cannot prepare in time to get students in safely. We are luckier because the plows can work their magic on the roads in time to make it safe to drive in by the start of our classes. Our decision to cancel classes is with much thought regarding safety as well as convenience. Please know that whether or not we decide to cancel classes, our dancers are our main concern and keeping them safe is our number one priority. Depending on what time it begins to snow, we do try to make our decision between 1:00 and 2:00 p.m. This gives everyone enough time to make necessary adjustments to their schedules. Please feel free to check this page whenever you are questioning a cancellation.
As always, please use your own discretion when it comes to driving in winter weather. You are ALWAYS able to make up your dance classes in another class of the same age/ability at any time.
